What's Happening in Training

Updated Pace Charts: Please be on the look out for your updated pace chart if you participated in our last 1 mile assessment. If you did not complete your last 1 mile assessment, please send us your most recent race time or complete a timed 1 mile assessment on your own and we will send you an updated pace chart.

We want to hear from you: We love what we do and pride ourselves on providing excellent training programs. The only way for us to improve our programs is by getting feedback from you. Please take a moment to take our Speed School Survey

Welcome to Fleet Feet Sports Speed School training! We are excited to get started!

Workout Times and Locations

  • Saturday, June 14th at 7:30 am - William Land Park - near Doc Oliver Field - click here for workout directions
    • Arrive early to get your schedule and meet your coach.
    • Bring a friend to the workout for free!  They can check it out and decide if it is right for them.
    • Assessment Saturday - we will have a 1 mile assessment at our first workout.
    • Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or towel for stretching and core work.
