Congratulations on an amazing event. It was truly fantastic to see so many of you out at the Fab. 40's event this weekend. Congratulations to everyone on an amazing training season!

Proper Pacing: Pace? What? Finding the right pace for you is important. Are you moving too fast or too slow? It is time to define your pace.

Welcome to Fleet Feet Sacramento's Speed School Training! We are excited to have you be part of our 2015 Training Season! We still have some time before we get started, but we wanted to say a quick hello and welcome you to the program!!!

Do you have a friend that is looking to get faster. Bring them with you to our first workout and them try try it out for free.

First Workout
First group workout Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 7:30 am (make sure to bring water, a yoga mat/towel and a friend)
- Tuesdays at 6 pm in William Land Park
- Saturdays at 7:30 am in William Land Park and other area locations
