What's Happening In Training

No Bo January - Join Us for our January No Bo session training for the Shamrock'n 5k. Info. Night January 7th at 7:00 pm - 2311 J Street. The first workout will be Saturday, January 11th at 8:00 am. Training days are Tuesdays (6:00 pm) and Sat. (8:00 am). Learn more
